By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service govern all sales and interactions related to custom artwork and original pieces sold through this website or by direct communication (e.g., email, DM).

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full before work begins on any custom order. For original, non-custom pieces, orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3. Custom Artwork
Due to the personal nature of commissioned work, customers will receive an initial sketch for approval before the final painting begins. Once the sketch is approved, no revisions will be made. Any requests for significant alterations or additions may result in extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage
The artist retains copyright over all artwork. Buyers may not reproduce, sell, or modify the artwork without written permission. I reserve the right to display completed work (excluding reference photos) online or in my portfolio unless the customer opts out in advance.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs and timeframes are outlined at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order.

6. Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to the Return Policy for full details. In short, custom pieces are non-refundable once work begins. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

7. Liability
I will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or misuse of any artwork or website services.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

I care about your privacy. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you interact with my shop or submit information for a custom order.

2. What I Collect
When you place an order, I collect:

  • Reference images (for custom portraits)

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Contact you regarding sketches, revisions, or delivery

    I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary to complete your order or meet legal obligations (e.g., tax records). Files like reference images may be deleted after your commission is complete unless you give permission to keep them for portfolio purposes.

Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your order! Please read the terms below carefully before purchasing.

Custom Pet Portraits & Commissioned Artwork
Due to the personalised nature of custom pieces, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds once work has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Original (Non-Custom) Artwork
For ready-made pieces (not commissioned), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with UK distance selling regulations. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • You must notify me via email within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • A refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued once the item is safely returned.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can file a claim and arrange a solution.
